院校学生投诉程序

In general, 所有学生都应该首先尝试以口头或书面形式与与他们的投诉最直接相关的个人解决问题. 如果这样做不合适或不成功, 参加现场学习的学生应向学生中心经理或他们参加地点的学术卓越专家提出他们的担忧. 网上上课的学生应向学生中心投诉. 学生应尽快提出投诉，以便DeVry可以同时处理投诉. 在线学生可以通过拨打877-496-9050联系他们的学生支持顾问，并选择学生中心的选项.
